Yes, I’m looking for a Broken 1949-50 Grizzly or 1950 Kodiak with a Woven Glass Back and Aluminum Laminations.

Want to examine the delaminated woven glass and compare its internal structure to….

This broken and just received circa 1948 Bear Bush Bow Take-Down. Top limb (shown at top) is broken, bottom limb (shown at bottom) has original marcarta over the woven material.

Should be lots of Broken Bear Aluminum laminated bows out there if what we've heard for years, is really true, that there were many problems with the alum lam bows breaking... I've never seen one personally, and am interested in trading or buying one that is broken. I don't want to break any of the intact Aluminum Lam Bear bows that I have, just to examine the internal structure of the glass.

This is a rare chance to trade off that old broken bow...

Good one Rick, you made me laugh for at least 5 minutes.

I suppose bow collectors will soon begin to scour every garden they pass for old longbows.
