With the help of a few collector friends the Sheppard Home for wayward zebrawood bows has a few new residents including a "61" Kodiak Special.

Very nice herd you have assembled there. The more I see the Bear zebrawood the more I like it!

The Zebra Sheppard, you have them all "out standing" at attention. They look great.

I think also the Alaskan is been made of Zebre.Zebra is a very elegant wood and in my opinion a little overlooked wood for custom bows

I was at a local garage sale yesterday and spotted a bow on a table. It turned out to be a 1965 Bear Cub in really nice Zebra wood.
It seems the zebra wood we see these days is not nearly as well grained and colorful as the wood from the 50's and 60's.

Did you adopt the poor wayward soul, bring her into your home and try to better her life ?

I just picked up a very clean 1965 Zebra Grizzly 45# for my wife. She really likes the looks and how it shoots.
