questions about Bear Micro-flite7

Picked up some micro flite 7 and have 2 questions
1 how do I go about removing the field point so I can put a broadhead on.

2 what bow weight is the # 7 for.

Mico Flite #7 I think spine about 50 to 55 lbs, I use to heat just the field point a little and than remove with pliers.

I shoot the 7s out of 45-50# bows at 29"

Wrap a wet cloth around the shaft and heat just the point.

Got out to shoot them tonight and they shot really good groups guess I am going to have to look around and buy some more. Thanks for a help guy's. Also picked up a LH 57 Kodiak  68" 37 # need's refinished  a new grip and new rest and 1 hole filled will try to post some some pic's when I get it done.
