Can you tell me what year this Howatt bow is from?

I'd only be able to tell its 83 or later. Its not the wood type for 73,  and very well could be even later than 83. I lost track then.

80s or 90s isnt much help but can tell you its not an early one. The presence of the "AMO" designation and the wood type makes it clear it isn't 60s or 70's and about all I really know.

A fast search in the bay in advance search, clicking "completed" auctions will give you a range. Take out the top two and the bottom two and you have a rough estimate.

Selling has so many ups and downs...I flat cant give a price that Id even want to offer as average.

Nice bow, lots like them. Sorry I dont have a better estimation or more info.

I believe a mid/late 1990s bow. Those bows go for around $150.
