Well......thanks guys but reporting it to "the bay" will be fruitless.

The guy has over a quarter million auctions sold.
It's all dollars and cents to them.

The few times I attepted to say anything to them about anything only got me an email saying

"That iss the reason we have a feedback system. Buyers can rate the seller and let others know if there is a problem. As long as the item for sale is within our seller's guidelines we do not regulate items for sale."

I do appreciate the heads up at any rate.

The reason this scum bag states in the ad not to contact using **** is because he hijacks someone's account to do this. If you contact the actual account holder they will know nothing about it. This guy has been trying this for a long time, normally the ad will be gone within a few hours once **** gets nose of it they delete it.
