Hi,
I found your website while searching for info on my dad's hunting bow. I inherited it several years ago and got curious about it. My dad was an avid bowman and we primarily hunted in the Grayling / Gaylord area. My dad knew Fred Bear and we occasionally went to the museum.
The bow appears to be a Bear Archery by Grumley Bush Bow. I have some photos and would appreciate any input or information you might have, including it's value. (I can't seem to imbed the photos in this posting.)
I also have a number of broadhead arrows that might be from Bear, although there are no markings (the arrors were hand made by me and my dad). Several look like they have pins through the base of the broadhead, and one has 3 blades.
Feel free to contact me at my e-mail if you have any interest or want any photos or information on this bow.
Thanks in advance.
