I recently purchased a Ben Pearson Golden Monarch recurve at a garage sale. It's 66"  44# at 28". Serial number is 3-400. I would like to know when these bows were made and present value if anyone is familar with them.

Seems no one knows much about these bows.  There is one at a local shop I am wanting to buy.  The guy is asking $65.00 for it.  I was told, they were good bows but don't expect to buy it and sell it for a huge profit.

Good luck in your search.  I am thinking about using it for bowfishing.

Thinks for the reply, I think they were mostly meant to be a target bow. Mine shoots really good.  If the one your're looking at is in fairly good condition, I would think it would be well worth that price.
