"White-Tails for Archers Only" by Henry F. Burgess in the February 1938 Outdoor Life shows another, different photo of the group, which actually has a few more archers added. Pope Hall was the Mess Hall of a three building logging camp named Camp Sherwood.
One article states it was named for Saxton Pope and another states it was named for Gustavus Pope, noted archer. Another building was named the Art Young Lodge. After more review, I suspect it was named after Saxton Pope.
With the three different photos I have in articles and the one posted at the beginning, it adds up to four slightly, different poses of this group.
I have another article by Wild Bill Childs that has information concerning this bunch of archers as well and will post the information on the article later as it's in a different binder.
