I read of Henry and Babe's adventures in the old "Archery Magazine", many years ago. Her husband, Henry, was the inventor of the Bitzenberger Dial-O-Fletch. I still go back and read those old magazines....and books. Babe was quite the competitor in the forties and fifties.

Archery history.com has some really cool pics of archers and old bow concepts.But the tried and true bows of that era are still the ones around today Kinda like you George.Not saying that your that old, but guys like you who have learned from them are the ones that teach us today.Thanks for all your wisdom and knowledge.

Most every archer from that era(mid-20th century) and earlier anchored that way, even for hunting. Just look at the pictures of Pope & Young, Chet Stevenson, Chief Compton, the Thompson Bros, etc.

If she turned her hand around it would be like Avatar. Any of you guys see that film? that was an interesting style. Nice telephone poles they shot too
