Says Shakespear on them and the oval part has a adheasive sticker back. They are leather and I am guessing they go to a quiver?

Bob, I have one and I believe they were wrist slings...Not 100% certain but maybe ...I also saw something like this where you used to put around your feet to slip the limb tip in and string the bow...Now I'm guessing myself...
