Mint condition KS Special
« on: November 08, 2010, 08:23:00 AM »
For fellow KS lovers there is a 66 inch LH 1964 Kodiak Special, 56 pounds on the auction site right now. The seller is well known for providing great pictures of his bows, with NO attempt to cover up flaws, and this bow does not have any flaws. Not even any stress lines. Maybe the nicest coin from that era I have ever seen.

I would have bought it already, even though I doubt I would ever be able to handle a 56 pounder left handed, especially at my 30 inch draw length, but I just bought an ACS longbow on Saturday and my disposable cash is gonzo.

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

Got a bidder with zero history on it at $319. Not a good sign.
