Sorry, the answer is incorrect. There is more than one photograph of Fred with his Lion.

#7 You are correct, Knick (Fred's nickname for Knickerbocker), was Fred's hunting partner on the hunt when Fred finished up Fred's second film.

If Dick's book lists the date for Fred's Stone Sheep, before two other World Record Animals that Fred took there is one or more typos on the dates in Dick's book.

Name the animal that Fred Killed that was a World Record at the time he killed it, but was never recognized as a World Record by P&Y because another bowmen killed a larger animal later the same year and when P&Y gave the World Record awards, the other bowmen received the award.

Fred being the true gentleman that he always was, never mentioned this fact nor claimed this animal to be a short lived World Record, even though it truly was.

The ? for Knickerbocker was because I wasn't quite sure if it was him or not but since my Jim Henderson answer was "close" I figured it had to be one of Fred's early hunting companions and Knick seemed to be the most logical as I don't recall Grumley or any other of Fred's hunting companions hunting with him other than around Michigan for white-tail deer and I don't believe Fred ever shot a world record white-tail.So I was pretty sure it was Knick but not 100% positive.

Sorry Answer #6 is incorrect. Judd shot two arrows, a long shot and the second closer, they dropped within 15 yards of each other. Great photograph of Judd with the two caribou on the 1959 Little Delta Hunt.

Sorry Answer #9 is incorrect. Fred never recovered the Polar Bear he hit that went under the ice. That story is not in his Field Notes, but is on an unpublished video tape.
