Macassar and Bacote Morrison Numba One

Macassar and Osage Morrison Numba Two

I love Gaboon ebony but it's price and the fragility some makers have experienced have turned me to midnight dymondwood. Here's the stunner Bob just built with zebrawood and midnight dymondwood in place of my requested Gaboon ebony.

So many nice bows and not enough capacity!!

You all have some beautiful art, I just can't beleive all of them!

I think I'm in love with spalted maple! Killdeer, that is some beautiful wood and the photo should be on a cover of a magazine  :readit:
I told you NOT to mail it...you're brother knows Frank all too well now, don't ya Danny? LOL

Hey Chris, what kind of wood is that with the ebony on your bow that you are waiting on? That is gorgeous!

Jeff,  That knife idea is awesome! I can't wait to see the progress...I can't take the suspense!

Mike g,    You are right! All these bowyers with their individuality and style make a look all it's own with the same wood combos and the decisions are really tough to make, besides it's already difficult making a choice (I can say that Daniel, ya know)  ;)  ........

I am pretty much set in colors, Norb's Marriah woods and antler are closest to my taste...but then along comes another, and another, (sigh) maybe shantam is right too.

Mike you really should not be posting because Frank has been signed into "Bodork rehab"
and I am signing myself in too.

Barry, I have inquired the bowyer who is just awesome and I want to get all these little changes ironed out first. He can make treebark and mud look appealing and is a wonderful friend too!

Thank you everyone for your time and posting..it makes it much easier to see all of these at one time instead of searching countless hours to find them otherwise...I appreciate all your help and it shows you all have good taste in your bowyers and those woods.

O BTW Here is a pic of the RER longbow that Kevin and Sue made for me a few years ago...this shoots so smooth but because of my pain, can't shoot it all day long until I get this issue resolved.

Ebony with permavera flare and bamboo limbs...it's a sleek bow and fast!

I love these woods and would like another with a few more in it.

Here is a link to my RER Vortex.  It's not ebony, but a combo similar to the ebony/bacote.  Actually it's a highly figured Bubinga and Wenge.

Barry,    Do you feel Mike is a pusher??? I mean I really don't think I will be able to make it 'till the next Bodork fix!

OH you guys, that bocote is gorgeous! Ever since I seen KIM advertising that nice leather bow quiver hood and took a look at that bacote with that ebony, WOW!

Scott, Don't start that, I can only take so much!  :help:

Leroy, Will you be bringing all your bows to the Chili shoot??  :D
