I have a Groves Flamer Hunter 40# @ 28" x-993 62#, RH.  There is a seven inch hairline crack
from the bottom of the grip up through the arrow rest.  Can anyone tell me if this bow can be repaired, or if it has any value and can be shot.
It strings nicely, very straight, and very few scratches.

That depends on what you call a "crack". A picture would help a lot.  If it is a stress crack in the glass on the back of the bow, it is no big deal.

If it is an actual crack in the riser wood on the belly side, or the back if the glass does not go all the way to the rest, then that could be a serious problem.

Someone may be able to repair it.

You need to post some good pictures of the crack so it can be analyzed.
