Those are very nice shooting bows. Surprisingly among one of my favorites in the Bear line. That is a nice one......

Does anyone have a stripped '61 Grizzly they can post pics of?  Were they all camo from the factory?

I stripped a '61 and it is solid rock maple with green sea foam glass. Unfortunately the glass had some serious stress lines that could not be seen under the paint. As it sits now I am unsure of what I am going to do with it. I'll post pics later

I will look for some pics of the grizzly I stripped before I repainted it.. Which looks terrible haha. So I will be stripping it again.

^ those are the only pictures I could find. As you can see the whole '61 was rock maple.

Yup I do also. I should have left it like that. But I stripped the whole bow and the glass was BADLY stress cracked and I haven't decided what to do with it yet.

See my thread on the '61 Kodiak Special if you decide to not recamo it.  It takes a little time but you can end up with a gorgeous bow.
