67.5 Kodiak repair?

A friend, who has cancer gave me his 67.5 Kodiak,  He can't pull it anymore and the trouble is it's 60#'s and I can't pull it either.  With the bow  came 9 drill holes and some awfull file marks where he took a rasp to the arrow shelf and handle.  I have been sanding the file marks but what would you guys do to fill the holes.  Most of the holes are in the black portion of the bow.  Also one of the holes is right next to the gold coin which I can't get out using the hot bolt method.

Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear your friend is ill. I will say a prayer for him.
The Super Kodiak bow he gave you is one of the best.
My suggestion is to have a pro take care of it for you. Their experience and knowledge is worth every penny and the bow will be reborn

is that sk a lefty? if so and you don't want to repair it...I would be interested.....but let me tell you the 67 SK I have  seems to be magic... is a great shooter and I have hunted with it twice...got a nice white tailed buck with it , then a nice turkey....smooth and quiet and I love it....the weight you have is what I am looking for  in a lefty...my other is 64# but a #60 would be great as I age..keeping it would be best but if not and a lefty let me know...

Don't have the extra cash to pay anyone so I will have to give it a go.

It's a right handed bow and wished it was a 45#er. There is no way I can pull a 60#er.  I almost wished he wouldn't have given it to me because if I sell it I would feel a little guilty.
