Both bows can be fixed. They were glued together once, they can be glued again.
However........
This should not be undertaken by a novice, a person should have some bow building experience.
A form needs to be built, the lams cleaned out of slivers etc. Smooth On epoxy used. For the tip delam it should also have a belly over lay added.
I have a bow that I built in 1985 that delaminated at the fadeout(left in hot truck) in 1986,glued it back and I still shoot today.
After the repair the bow should never be sold.
