glad you didn't say type 1 B handle John ;o) I would have been happy to take that for your old type 1 signed B handle. Have something a bit more dear to my heart to pick up soon.

Chuck,
I gotta believe I was born with more than my share of confusion already imbedded in my DNA.The rest was slowly developed over the years.

I hear ya Johnny.
How you been man?

I was confused as to the gentleman turning down $3500.
It seems like I should have splurged I bought a wood B handle a month or so ago, if the last 2 auctions are any indication to a new tred, the price has almost doubled since then.

Oh well, more time to save.

Everything is good Chuck. And I agree, turning down $3500.00 for an un-signed riser would be pretty tough. Never a dull moment on the collecting field for sure.

So, what would you say a set (A,B,and C) of 1970 Type 1 signed handles are worth? Are they worth more separately or as a collection of 3? They were signed by Fred in his later years, the A handle is a type one, the original owner installed the brass bushing beneath the coin for  an arrow holder, he didn't drill all the way through the riser. After market brass stabilizer bushing is also installed. It was his hunting bow. The B and C handles are unmolested.

I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.
