Bear riser insert screw thread sizes
« on: August 20, 2013, 04:12:00 PM »
I was wondering if anyone could tell me the screw thread sizes for (1) the quiver screw on the side Bear Mag Takedown handles and (2) the stabilizer/accessory bushing on the back of the riser?

I appreciate the help!

The thread of the quiver screw on the side is 1/4-20. The stabilizer thread is 5/16-24.

1/4-20 for the new take down handles too. I just had to replace the brass screws in a Selway bolt on quiver to use on a 2012 A handle. Fred bucked the AMO on that one and went with a beefier configuration. Not sure if "beefier" is a real word, but you get my drift.
I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.
