Any ideas on how to install a hard grip on a Bear Mag TD? The hard grip has such a narrow slot that I cannot force it on. Soften with heat, hot water, hair dryer??? Ideas?? Thx

Do a search on that riser...could very well be someone has discussed that issue on here already

Did the search. Lots of discussions about risers, nothing I could find regarding changing grips. Still need ideas.

I just put them on. Never had to do anything special to get them on. They are a tight fit, but they go on there.

Found an easy solution. Placed the hard grip in a bowl of water in microwave for 5 minutes. Softened it just enough to slip onto riser with little effort.

I had an issue with the grip slipping in the hot weather here in Az. I took a suggestion and used Barge cement to attach the grip. It worked great, last Wed it was up to 85 at the range. I had no more slipping issues.
