Kodiak Special value??????
« on: December 02, 2014, 05:51:00 PM »
You fellas that are into the Bear recurves, what sort of value does a 1964 Kodiak Special have. Just curious and thanks ahead for your help.

    Bow is in very good condition. 38# @ 28" 66" 9cl120

                             Good Shooting,
                                              Craig

It's tough to put set values on just about any old bow, and your best bet is to check the completed listings on the big auction site.

I know I have been looking for a nice '64 KS, but in a 63" length with a weight around 45#.  If your bow has no serious issues, drilled holes, twist, etc, my guess is $150-$250.

There is a small fine scratch on the upper limb on the back.

I was going off of the identification guide and photos here on the Kodiak Special thread.  What year do you think it may be?
