Grandson's new bow(video)
« on: December 17, 2007, 02:57:00 PM »
I bought this bow at ATAR. It was really hard to wait until now ( his 3rd birthday) to give it to him. It's an Elk ridge. 13@16. I put the snake on last week. I think he likes it. thanks for looking. Don

Dang! Get that boy a borsalino hat! I loved it when he said "Daddy, take your time!"  Looks like he's been shooting for 40 years!  :notworthy:

Thanks for reminding me of my kids.  For my sons second birthday my mom bought him a four foot tall boxing bunny rabbit. The kind the dad gets a stroke blowing it up and the kid can beat on it and it keeps coming back for more.  While I was blowing it up Cody, 26 now, went down the basement.  As soon as it was full we called for him to see his new toy and before we could stop him he shot an arrow right through it's heart.  Flabbergasted, we watched as the air rushed out of the entrance and exit holes, it was the only time his gramma ever laughed so hard, she ended up on the floor and so did the bunny.

Wow.  He has better form than I do.  That sucks for me.  Great video and lucky grandfather.

Hey, thanks for all the kind words. He's been shooting alot for almost a year. If he keeps his pasion for it, he'll be hard to handle when he gets 15 or 16. If your interested, I put another clip on shooters forum awhile back. Him and my youngest son Will. it was shot back in the summer. thanks again. Don

Amazes me every time I see Taylor how he's progressing! He's a class act and looks good doing it! Watch out dad and granddad he's already a pro archer now he's working on being an archery instructor! Can't wait until John Davis gets in the mix! Good job on the snake skin Don...
