« on: July 11, 2006, 08:24:00 PM »
Received some news today. Jon was put in ICU because of blood clots in his lungs. He went home after a week and is doing well. They did a CAT scan while he was gthere and the doctor was very pleases with the results of the chemo treatments. Jon's in good spirits and wants to thank everyone for their well wishes and prayer.

A good friend of mine has been diagnosed with cancer  anf it's not good. He has 1 daughter still in high school and 1 just starting college. Just too young to go yet. I covet your prayers for him.
Thanks!

Father God, we pray for this young man's salvation for we know that in salvation is eternal life, healing and deliverance.  We pray the Holy Spirit into his life and the lives of his family, we pray the joy of the Lord into his circumstances and ultimately we pray the peace of the Lord which passes all understanding into his heart. May He be reborn into God's kingdom and thus healed forever in Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Lord, in your Mercy, hear our prayers for Jon and bring him through this to witness to your power and Glory.  Heal him according to your Will and wrap him, his family and loving friends in your Grace and love.
