Prayers sent for healing for your son and Jesus's warm and comforting arms around you.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

As we've recognized here often, sick kids make us feel totally helpless. I'm sure whomever has sent PM's and such, understands. Thanks for sharing and we can lift your son up in prayer for a quick diagnosis and complete healing.

Trust and believe.  Easier said then done, but it's all He asks of us.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Your Tradgang family will certainly start sending up the prayers. Everyone get up on the pray wheel and let's get this child covered in prayer. God is so good and faithful. He will hear our ferevent prayers.
Please let us know what the doctors say and if anyone can help you.
Tradgangers are great at pulling together at times like this...just ask.

As I have a 9 yr old myself, I will count it an honor to lift not only your sick one,to the masters throne, but also, the rest of the family  is never quite together when 1 is ill. I will pray for traveling mercies , as there are times when that  can be unnerving as well. I pray that you feel the oh so familiar, gentle touch, of the saviors hand upon your family and I pray that He binds all form of sickness and grants you and yours a time of healing like you've never had before!! Keep us posted ,In His matchless name. God bless,Brad

Thank you all so much for the prayers.  My wife and son are still at the hospital and the infectious disease doctors think he has Cat Scratch Disease (fever).  We are testing for everything under the sun to eliminate any other serious disease or disorder.  Treatment has been started and we hope to be home by the weekend, but it will take some time for the lymph node to go down and the fever to leave.  We are relatively new parents, so this was a scare for us.  Again, thank you for the posts and prayers and may God bless you and your families.

Praying the Lord will take care of the physical and spiritual needs of your family.

Sounds like you've done what you can..finding a good medical team for temporal fix and turned to God and asked others to join you.

That about covers the universe! Keep the Son in your eyes at all times! Prayer continues for your son's healing and the med team to find the right thing to treat... in the end, it will be GOD who leads them, but then you must remember to show gratitude to the Lord, not just the medicos!

Thank you all for prayers.  It has been a trying past three days as things didn't look so good on Friday.  I think we are in the clear, but I'll know more tomorrow.

Thanks to all,
Chris Brough

Just a quick update....

We went to surgery this morning and had the lymph node drained again and filled with gauze.  The past 10 days have been tough.  The Lord has given us much comfort and relief because of your prayers.  Andrew is doing pretty good, we just need to break the fevers so he can come home.

Thanks again to all and God bless,
Chris Brough
