Prayers please for my wife
« on: February 19, 2007, 10:26:00 PM »
Hi guys and gals,

My wife Jan was having severe headaches for about a week and thought that it was a bad sinus infection. After seeing the doctor it turns out that she has something called trigeminal neuralgia, or TN for short. TN is nerve pain that just comes on for no reason, it just happens. It happens along the head and face and has been described as the worst pain known to man. She describes it like an electric shock. She hasn't had a decent nights sleep in a week.

We are trying to treat it with medications and it seems to help some but it makes her kind of groggy. We don't know if medication will do the trick or if surgery will be required. TN can also go into "remission" and just go away, which is what we are praying for.

Anyway, if you could add Jan and our family to your prayers and ask that the Lord takes this from her and leaves her healed we would all appreciate it.

God bless you all,

Larry I will most certainly agree with your prayer for complete healing for your wife!

Sorry to hear that Snake.  Poor Jan... having to put up with you and the kids and now this!  :)

Seriously, deepest prayers for deep healing by God's hand... that He alone might spread His loving arms around Jan and just drive this malies to it's knees and into remission.

We know that Jan will attest mightily to it being the Lord's work and give Him all the Glory!

Thank you guys. The MRI results came back clean so it isn't a tumor or anything else physically wrong.
  :clapper:

They increased the dosage and we will see how things go. With prayer and His will this will all go away and we will have another praise report to spread around.

Keep us in your prayers.

Hey Brother,
I know how you feel, when a loved one is sick, you just want to take their pain away. Just hang in there and with the GRACE OF GOD it will all come together according to HIS plan.
GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR FAMILY
