Prayers sent

I hope you get some good news from the test.

Just like sticshooter, I've had the same trouble with blood in urine and kidney stones, cancer was also my doctors first concern.

Thankfully he had better bedside manners than your doc.

Prayers continue for your wife, Danny.
I've had a bladder infection before that caused blood also.

God Bless

Danny, My family's prayers are with you and your wife. The Dr. was definitely wrong in assumimg that your wife has cancer just because of blood in her urine without any further testing or analysis. Kidney infection, bladder infection, kidney stones as mentioned by Frank above are all possible sources/causes of blood in the urine, and that is just to name a few. It ticks me off that ALOT of Dr's. pass off the worst case scenario first to a patient without any thought to the ramifications that it can have on the psyche of a person! I guess thier mentality is that if they give you the worst case scenario, then something other than the worst case will just be a blessing. That is a shame.

Anyway, my heart and prayers are with you regardless of the cause! God Bless you and your wife in your time of need Danny! Sorry for rambling.

Danny,

There has to be a reason the medical profession calls what they do a "practice"...! Someday, they'll get it all right... can't train em all that medico stuff and still give em common sense...some don't come with much of that!

May our Lord keep that pretty gal of yours on the even keel a few more days till this all sorts out..likely be more tests and all...

Prayers for healing, positive outcomes and strength to Trust in Him for all answers.

I just consulted with the "Great Physician" on your behalf and on all the requests made here. Tell your wife to have faith because this physician has been healing people forever.

Thank you everyone. We saw the urologist today and like I thought, more tests, she is having a CT scan of her entire urinary tract followed by a word I cannot pronounce, basically they will look up her urinary tract into the bladder with a tiny scope or something. Please keep praying. The Dr. did ease her fears a bit so I am thankfull for that at least. God Bless you all for the prayers.

Prayers continue for a negative set of test results and a positive conclusion.

Prayers to continue.  I thought of her doctor appointment a few times today and hope that all turns out well.

Hold her tight. Everything will be ok no matter what.  I've felt that uncertainty I think you are feeling right now. Peace be with you both brother....
