prayers for encouragement
« on: May 24, 2007, 12:16:00 AM »
I feel awkward putting a post here but I have been having a rough time of it lately and could use a little encouragement and some prayers to the almighty. I have been seriously ill for the past 2 years and almost died last november before the doctors found out what was wrong now after some intense treatment I am feeling a lot better and am ready to go back to work but my company is dragging thier feet the ins. company doesn't want to pay anymore, and to top it off after stuggling to get my shooting form back I finally placed 2nd in a 3-d shoot and was accused of cheating. Needless to say I am in a little funk and any prayers would be greatly apreciated Thank You and God Bless

Hey Bro there is a verse in the good book that I always cling to when things are going south on me. It goes something like this. Seek First the Kingdom of God and all things will fall in place! Keep your eyes focused on the King of Kings and you will find favor with both God and man!  God be with you!
John 8:36

Amen. Prayers sent.

Been there, done that too. It's hard not to, even leaning on the Lord...devil jumps up like the boogeyman time to time.

Glad you could come here and ask. I know these folks and more like em kept me centered and shiny side up through 29 of the longest months of my life.

Not in our time, but the Lord's.  Prayers for continued growth, peace and insight. Keep the Son in your eyes.

What a joy to read!!

Now for the really important stuff like getting back to work! May your social worker be successful so you may return to feeling productive and fullfilled.

Congratulations on your success, not only for connecting on a bear, but for all God has done for you. It's not us, it's HIM always!

Keep the Son in your eyes!
