I'm Glad to hear your surgery went so well. I had rotator cuff surgery in 2004. I had two large spurs removed. The doctor told me he didn't know how I was able to lift my arm as well as I could because one of the spurs had cut almost through one of the muscles. The 2nd night I was home I had just found a comfortable way to fall asleep up against the headboard. I had just about reached REM state when I thought I felt something
RIP MY ARM OFF AT THE SHOULDER!!! The cat had climbed out from behind the headboard and used my shoulder as a springboard. I wasn't quite sure if I could reach the cute little kitty to
CRUSH IT'S HEAD IN MY GOOD HAND , because the pain he caused me almost made me stain the bed!
Anyway the doctor had told me not to shoot my bow for 4 months. This was in August, by October I killed a doe with a 70# recurve. I worked hard to recover from my surgery and it paid off.
Good luck, follow your doctors advice, feel better. Don't push it as hard as I did, I got lucky, I could have really torn up my shoulder badly. Hind sight is 20/20.
