Prayer for my wife
« on: July 17, 2007, 12:58:00 PM »
Would appreciate prayers for my wife who was diagnosed with Transverse Mylytis about 10 years ago and as of a month ago started showing signs of losing control of her left leg. It is thought to be progressing into M.S. She still walks but has to think about making her leg move. She is a warrior and it breaks my heart to see such a precious child of God go through such a thing but I know that our Lord will give us the strength to see us through. How blessed I am to have a wife that I have and a God who cares for and strengthens those who trust in Him.... John

Such love for another is so heartwarming PT... May the Lord's will be for some miracle to change course for your wife and find complete relief... that she and you might give full glory to Him.  By His stripes...

Lord, hear our prayers...

Hey John,
I know it's very hard to see a loved one hurt. Hold her close brother and HE will cover you under His wing and bring confort and healing.
                             GOD BLESS YOU

Just an update on my wife. The local neurologist is convinced that the problems that my wife is having with her leg is not the symptoms of MS but from some slightly bulging discs in the lower back. Pray for us as we seek further medical advise.... John

Excellent news, PT..not that a bulging disk is anything to sneeze at, but it beats by a mile MS for sure.

Keep patience and prayer for guidance and discernement and we'll keep the prayers for same flowing!
