A prayer for my son and wife please.
« on: October 22, 2007, 09:54:00 PM »
This has been a challenging year as many of you know. My boy Jake is having his tonsils out on Thursday and while it isn't a major surgery, with the way this year has gone I would really appreciate a prayer for my boy coming out fine. And please a prayer for my wife to have the strength to make it through yet another one of her guys being in the hospital. Jake is our only child and she is a bit worried.

Thank you all in advance.

Praying for you and your boy!

Jeremiah 29:11-14
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12 In those days when you pray, I will listen. 13 If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. 14 I will be found by you,” says the LORD. “I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and will bring you home again to your own land.”
John 8:36
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

And He will keep your Son in His loving arms!

Prayers for peace and great results. Get the ice cream ready for his sore throat!  :)

Thank you, Lord.

Lord's had you in the palm of His hand all the way, David!! No doubt.  Time in the desert is sometimes the devil's work to test our resolve..and at time's it's the Lord to see if we're ready for the big Plan He has for each of us!

Peace and thanksgiving.  Ice cream indeed!!!  :)
