Hunter Injured
« on: October 23, 2007, 08:59:00 AM »
Please lift up your prayers for a young man named Morgan.  He is a Missouri hunter who was looking forward to this season very much.  Friday night (Oct 19), during a high school football game, he was severely injured.  Morgan's neck was broken.  He was air-vacced to St. Louis for surgery to remove one of his cervical vertabrae and to remove a bone fragment from his spinal cord.  The surgeon said the operation was very successful however, Morgan still has not regained any movement.  He has feeling but no movement. The doctor's suspect when the swelling goes down, he will regain his ability to move.
Thank you for lifting Morgan and his family up in prayer.

Wow...at such a young age to have such a serious injury.

Prayers for full recovery for Morgan and that the Lord might shine brightly in his young life that Morgan might use this experience to grow and lead others to Christ.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Prayers on the way from Georgia.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!
