More Prayers Please (UPDATE)

This last part of the year has not been good for us.  I ask prayers for my sister.  Talked with mom -she is doing good- last night and she told me my sister was at the doctor's.  My sistier's blood pressure was real high plus she has these sores on her foot -she is diabetic- she had for two months.  The doctor wants to do an MRI to make sure the infection has not gone to the bone.

Prayers are with you and your family.  Both the wife and I have family members with diabetes and know the problems.

Lord, another of our brother's family is in need of your healing touch and tender mercy. Fill Juan's sister with your peace and grace to heal her heart from worry and stress...and heal her foot from the sores brought on by diabetes. Let her be a witness to your Healing and Mercy.

Provide peace to Juan's family during this special season so that they may gather in joyous celebration of their love for you and one another! We ask in Jesus name, amen.

Morning All,
I spoke with my sister this morning.
Her blood pressure is coming down -slowly- but in the right direction.
She had the MRI on her foot done yesterday.

The thing is, my sister takes care of mom -who is in a wheelchair- and now she has a hard time walking because of the pain. My sister has her daughter and son -just home for Iraq- to help but them work.

It is depressing for me being so far away, wish I could be there to help.
I'm sorry, just needed somewhere to...

Spoke with my sister, said the MRI was CLEAR!
she is feeling better.
Just needs some stronger meds for the sores.

More Prayers for Your Mom, Sister and family!

TexMex, I know how it feels to be really, really far away when sickness strikes your family.  

Hang in there and Pray, Call and encourage and extend a lot of love.  That provides a lot more support than we give it credit for.  God has you where you are for a purpose!

My neice called, said my sister is in the hospital, apparently has no circulation in her foot.

She has a blocked vain in her leg, was waiting on doctor to discuss surgery.

Praise the Lord!!!!
My sister get to go home today!
Her leg and foot will be fine.
They got the medicine to control her bloodpressure and diabetis, giving her blood thinners.
