Prayers for Dad
« on: December 27, 2007, 03:42:00 PM »
My Dad is having major surgery tommorow morning.  Hopefully this surgery will improve his quality of life greatly and he will once again be able to get out and go to church, hunt, fish, camp and play with the grandkids etc.  I don't really know any of you on here but from your posts I believe we all know HE who does.  Thanks for your prayers!

Prayers sent from Georiga for a complete and full recovery.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Just got home.  Dad got out of surgery at 3:00 and is doing well.  Surgery went perfectly.  Praise the Lord.

Thanks again.

He has to get better.  The hunting world insists on it and so does the "big guy"  Prayers sent from Nova Scotia, Canada

Sorry to have missed this..spent the last bunch of days fighting one of those intestinal bugs...

Prayers of thanksgiving and renewed prayers for continued healing and strength that you dad might be back to full power and give the Glory to God for his recovery and successful operation.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
