I could use a prayer. I have Leukemia and I will receive a bone marrow transplant. My worry is for my wife. Thanks in advance.

Wow...Matt, that is nothing to sneeze at...

I can appreciate your worries for your wife...and we'll carry you both in deep ongoing prayer.

You've got some tough times ahead as that can't be a picnic to go through.  Remember that God is in charge of your health and He's got a plan. His will be done.  His love is beyond comprehension.

Our prayers are for a full recovery so that you can witness to His Mighty Grace adn Power... and do His will.
********************************
Lord, Matt has to be scared. I'd be petrified. Lord, you've touched so many here... with healings, insights, revelations and renewal, according to their needs. We come to you a frail and broken people, unworthy of your Grace and Love...but you promise it to us regardless. You offer us "our hearts desire" in prayer and we ask Your blessings on Matt, his medical team and his family as they deal with his leukemia.

Cover him up in the Holy Spirit and by your stripes, Lord, heal him according to your Will. Restore him that he might be a beacon to others witnssing to your healing and mercy, Lord.

We ask these things, believing them to already be in motion, in Jesus' name. Amen.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Matt, Sometimes you read concerns on this site and they just leave you sitting there with your chin in your hands, wondering, "How do I respond to that?

I mean a lot of us get worked up over every day obstacles, and here you are looking Leukemia in the eye and asking us to pray for your wife because you are concerned for her.Talk about unselfish. It is amazing how God uses circumstances to get our eyes wide open.
I am praying for you both Matt, that God takes all the fear and anxieties away and allows you to both enter into this with a super positive attitude.Stay strong Matt, and thanks for opening my eyes.

I would like thank all of you for remembering my wife and I in your prayers. I am doing fine although I wasn't a good candidate for a transplant. I am in remission at the present time. There are new medicine being  made available at an increasing rate and I am fortunate to have been prescribe one that is working. I reread all the previous posting again and must admit my eyes clouded up, You people are fantastic, prayer works!     God bless you all!

What a blessing for you to come back and share your good news. Prayers continue for complete healing and long term life together for you and your wife.

Thank you, Jesus! To You, Lord, is the Glory for all good things asked in Your name.
