Thanks so much to you all.  But let's put the CHRIST back in X-Mas  :)   Otherwise, "Happy Holidays" is every bit as effective and a bit less offensive.  (I am sure you meant no offense)

Peace,

John

Merry Christmas to all! and to all a good night!
May you always be blessed with true arrow flight.

We all love this ancient way of taking game;
Not to know the joy of making and shooting arrows for me would be a shame.

So, I toast you men and women of the bow;
You freely share your experience and what you know;

If ever you find your path long and see my campfire;
You are always welcome to rest and warm yourself by it until you no longer tire.

You see this seasonal feeling lives solid in my heart all year 'round;
It's love and compassion that was placed there  because in Him comfort, forgiveness, and salvation I have found.

It's the greatest gift ever given to us all;
To worship and serve Him, to live to glorify Him, answering His call.

Some may find these words offensive, this is not why I write them;
They are written in love and giving, ultimately from God's word they stem.

Words like love, compassion, forgiveness, yes even salvation;
Describe the men and women that carved out this great nation.

This holiday season means different things to us all;
Whether it is the coming of Our Lord and Savior, time with loved ones, or to a little girl her first doll.

It's all done in love, how can you object to that?
I never worry about what someone else says, my main concern is that Santa can still come down the chimney, that he hasn't gotten too fat!
Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

Merry Christmas everyone!
