Flood/ Dam
« on: January 07, 2009, 08:02:00 PM »
My folks live about 15 minutes from me in Orting, WA and are being evacuated due to flooding.  There is fear that the Dam could break and wipe out the valley please pray for the community.

Prayers for everyone on the way from Georgia.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Some of the rivers have crested a few still rising.  Family is safe.  I am now praying for those who have lost their homes and for God to show us where help is needed.  Thanks again.

Thanksgiving for the fortune of some and for strength and courage for those who've not been so fortunate!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
