Prayer needed for my cousin-please
« on: February 19, 2009, 11:53:00 AM »
I just got a call that my cousin Josh in in liver failure with internal bleeding.  This comes as a shock since he is in his 20's.  He was having trouble at work(works for his parents) and got sent home for a few days to work things out.  Not knowing how to deal, he turned to whiskey.  Just a sad situation.  His family has been called in to say good bye.  They are a mess.  I'm sure feeling major guilt.  Just breaks my heart.  Please pray for that miracle that only God can do.  Pray for his family as well.  Thanks everyone.

As in all such tragic situation, prayers for peace, strength, and a showering of His grace on all concerned, and that His perfect Will be played out and that all will know and feel the peace that passes all understanding.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Upadate:  He made it through the day.  The internal bleeding is now under control.  The liver continues to fail.  Sure makes you never want to take a drink again.  Thanks everyone.

Jesus I ask that you put your shield around Josh and his family. Grant them healing, grace, and peace. In Your Holy Name I pray. Amen
"Then Peter said unto them. Repent all of you and be baptized in the Name of Jesus for remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:38
