Tragedy
« on: April 07, 2009, 12:13:00 PM »
My Daughter Meagan's friend was taken off life support Sunday.
Lindsey Rose 14, and an active, lovely young lady
who was involved in a surfing accident last Wens.
passed away.

This was not a careless accident, Lindsey was a member of the the High school surf team, and was very proficient surfer.

One of my friends performed cpr on this young lady for 45 minutes, till the paramedics arrived,he is devastated.

Meagan is very angry at the injustice of it.

Please pray for the Family, Lindsey was an only child to wonderful people.

SoCal has an undeserved reputation for uncaring people, well I am here to say this has just tore up this community.
     Offering up my prayers
          Kurt

I couldn't begin to understand the grief and loss the family is feeling. Prayers going up for all touched by Lindsey's short time with us.

Kurt,

That is a hard lesson for your daughter. May God lead adults in your community to use this sad loss to help young ones realize that God is indeed important. That they might realize their youthfulness is not a pass to make peace wth God and understand the fragile nature of life here.

May God wrap His peace that passes all understanding on your community and Lindsey's family in this time of shock and grief.

Keep the Son in their eyes!
