Prayers for sister..Update

Asking for prayers for my sister...she's 6 months pregnant and has just been admitted with preclamcia (spelling???). (High blood pressure). She's also diabetic so this is a high risk pregnancy.

Next 24 hours will be critical..if she doesn't improve they will have to deliver the baby prematurely.

Thank you all for your prayers and concerns. Things were improving but today her blood pressure went up so they will be inducing labor. Baby should be born within the next 24 hrs.

We're continuing to pray that mom and baby and rest of family will be doing well. Will be a long road ahead.

Father God, may you touch this sister's body and child with your Great Physician hands to prevent this early birth. But if you don't, I know you'll show them not only the miracle of birth, but the miracle of life sustained by Your hand. In Your Son's name...

Jaimi, my daughter, born 3 months early 1# 12oz, swollen and 13 inches long.  Dr's didn't give us any hope, just told to wait and see. She lost 1/2 lb the first week, but we brought her home 100 days later at 4 lbs.  She's 15 now and blessing to her parents.

Again, thank you all for your prayers.

Baby Kevin was born last week. Things were going pretty good considering his age. He needed treatment for a heart valve stuck open and responded well to that. Yesterday my sister was told she would probably be able to hold him in a few days.

But today he took a bad turn and developed an infection. He's in critical condition, back on the respirator,  and antibiotics.

My brother in law is seeking his priest to baptize him.

Now we wait and pray that he pulls through.
