my mother had the surgery yesterday and doc said they were able to remove ALL the cancer with the secetion of colon they took out. they reattached it and mom is now recovering allthough in great pain it is a success!!! thanks to all for the support!

Glad for the good news. Praying for God's comfort and continued healing.

Continued prayers for quick healing and full restoration... Sorry to hear about all the pain.

Watch they don't give her a lot of that oxcodone/oxycontin meds... proven that older folks don't "metabolize" it well and it can become residual leading to dementia looking stupor! My dad spent 30 days "drying out" some years back after a bout of those drugs!

Prayers for peace and strength for Mom!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

thanks again. as luck would have it i start a 2 week vacation next week so i can help her out and hunt by her house which is great! awufull thing to see your mother in pain like that as she is by far the strongest person i have ever known.
