I'll put in a Veteran's Day plug for my son.  He's a Staff Sgt. currently with the  with the 5-73rd Cav out of Ft. Bragg.   Stateside at present, but was part of the original invasion out of Kuwait and has done 3 year-plus tours in Iraq thus far. Keep them all in your prayers, the average civilian has no idea the sacrifices they make. Like Vietnam, these conflicts drag on to the point a generation of our soldiers are missing a decade of their lives that should be spent with children and families.  It takes a toll.
