Service People
« on: November 20, 2010, 06:31:00 AM »
Please remember our Service People that are stationed around the world protecting our freedom. Now that the holiday season is upon us once again and some of them are away longing from home, family and friends.

In HIS service

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

I pray for them daily. I remember how being away from home during the holidays feels and how no matter how much they try to make it feel like home it ant. Peacan pie at the same as Mama's no matter how you cook it and dressing is just cornbread mush without the hands of a loveone stiring it. My heart hurts with them knowing they are away from the people who love them. Lord PLEASE keep them safe and secure till they get home.....Dusty

Amen!
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Done! Repeatedly.

Lord in your mercy, be with them all
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
