Prayers for His will to be done...and that our Saviour wrap this family and the friend that caused this to all be in His Holy love and Grace.

UPDATE: Dylan has had another emergencey operation today. What they thought they were seeing as a stroke has now become infection on the brain. They went in and removed the bone that was not healing properly as well as some of the tissue of the brain. His Mama ask for prayer that they have it all and that the skin graft will take this time as they have used all the scalp skin they can. She is holding onto the vision she was given. Dylan as she put it is starting to have to climb the hill again. She also said that he is moving both arms and has and both shoulders as well. Lord please continue to pull them thru.......Dusty

I trust that the Lord can do all things.

I had two friends that were head shot in Viet Nam. They had large holes in the skull from the bullet and it had to heal for a year or more till brain swelling went down and a plate could be put in. They both recovered fully and led normal lives, aside from horrid memories from the jungle.

May God's will be for Dylan to make this "hill climb" and show all the Power of prayer and God's Divine Healing!

Lord in your mercy!

UPDATE: Well as of yesterday the infection was gone and it appears that the scalp is doing well. He had his eyes open and was looking around again. They have clamped off the drain tube from his brain and are going to see if his body will absorbe the fluid that builds up in the skull. If all goes well they are looking to move him to a room today. Now we have to wait and watch the Lord raise him up off that bed to a full life. Thanks again for all your prayers and support. Please keep them going up to our Father who knows all things.......Dusty

UPDATE: Dylan has left the hospital to go to a rehab hospital in Houston Tx named TRIG. It is one of the leading rehab hospitals in the US according to what I have been told. I'm not sure of his mental state but I will call ASAP and see if I can get more.
Thanks for your continued support and prayers for him and all that has been involved with this. Ya'll have been there from the start. God bless you all and thanks.

Amazing this fallable, frail and totally wonderful creation of the human body can do when we rely totally on the Maker!

Who'd have thought Dylan would make it to rehab.

His Mother!

Bless her faith and vision and the prayer support for all here for this young man!

Lord in your Mercy, continue to be with Dylan!

Dusty-May God bless your friend that was shot and may his friend be blessed also. We had this happen a couple of years ago in our family and it was very sad. The guy did survive but it sure was stressful on all who were involved. Godspeed to both families.

UPDATE: Dylan is talking and moving all his parts so far. He is in the same rehab hospital as the lady senator who was shot in the head. He is progressing as well as can be expected. His Mama is very greatful for all the prayers and ask that we keep them coming. I too thank you for your time and efforts for this family.......Dusty
