Sorry for your loss. I can only hope you can find some kind of peace in the 11 years of memories together.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways-BOW in one hand-ARROWS in the other-Body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming-WOO HOO! WHAT A RIDE!

Not at all what I was expecting when I opened this thread.
I know words cannot begin to ease the pain you are feeling,
but please know that I am praying for you and all affected during
this time of incredible loss. Thank you for the words of
encouragement to the rest of us to not take our loved ones for granted. The Lord uses all things for His Glory.
May the Lord keep you and comfort you.

This has left me broken and in silence.  I have contemplated the hurt of your loss and nothing I know compares.  As a father my heart greives for you and your family.  You will be in my thoughts and prayers for many days to come.  May the peace of God rest on your soul.
