The Passion
« on: April 21, 2011, 02:50:00 PM »
Let us not forget what this season is all about.  What Jesus went through for our salvation should not be forgotten.  If he could suffer like he did, we can take all in stride.  Through his strength, his fortitude, his belief, and his love for us, his sacrifice brought us an eternal seat in Heaven.  May everyone have a Happy Easter and celebrate his rising.  May we all experience God's grace and love.

the older I get, the more powerful Easter becomes.  That level of sacrificial love is beyond human comprehension...

Thank you, Jesus!

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

AMEN and AMEN
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Remember as well...because He Lives, we can walk our journey out in Victory! May we all whether in the home, or at work, or in the field, set our hearts, minds, and soul, on the things above.  Our citizenship is in heaven, we are in this world, but we are not of this world.  God Bless you guys for your faithfulness in prayer and concern for others, that is a by-product of a heart after the Father's heart. Joining faith with you guys is a true blessing for me.  "A Setback is nothing more than a Setup for a Comeback!"
