Words cannot do much at such times... but you have my prayers for peace.

My preacher buddy has had 3 Rotts while I've known him over many years..they just seem to give all their love too soon. He had to put all his down too...way too soon.

Your pain now is the cost of all the love and memorable antics Sara shared with you.  But she'd want you to heal and find new joys.

Peace, Manny... Keep the Son in your eyes!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

We lost our Rott female "Shadow" back on March 15th 1993 in a house fire. BEST dog I have ever owned.......hands down. She was a true, loyal friend. We haven't owned another dog since because I can't fathom going through that much hurt all over again.

My prayers are with you...........and to know that there are other Rotties running around all together up above, warms my heart. We shall see them again someday.

Thy will be done

Sorry to hear this Manny. Nothing loves so completely or unconditionally as a Dog.

Frenchmanny,
I know how you feel sir.  I lost my beagle Feather on the 22nd while she was looking for a rabbit (hare).  She was having a heart attack and she died in my arms while I was carrying her back to my truck.  I can't get this awful day out of my mind.  At least Feather died doing what she loved to do.  I am very sorry for your loss my friend......very sorry.  I know how hard it is.
