One of our Trad Brothers gets back surgery Wed
« on: March 05, 2012, 09:53:00 PM »
He didn't post here, but learned a guy who really is working behind the scenes to already kick start a project for St. Judes, is having some pretty serious back surgery Wednesday!
[now he did, so prayers for Tim Jones, aka Ipcjon2)]

Went from being a more simple projected Lamenectomy (had one last year about this time myself) to a disc removal, screws, plates, etc.

Lord knows him by name and by heart, so asking for prayers for one of our own for successful surgery, speedy recovery and Peace that passes understanding.

Thank you Jesus that we can come and ask for healing for our brother.

Prayers aloft...today is the day. Tim didn't say a time, but I'm pulling for his full recovery and pain free existance... he's gone from a simple procedure with it's own issues to a much more dramatic one with disc removal, grafts and screws!  :(

Lord in your Mercy...

Yes, Tim...great news and praises for your successful surgery! Always scary even walking in Faith... we know what He might know we can handle, we might not wish to embrace.

They had me up and walkin after my lamenectomy in a few hours... as we shared, they had me on a ton of restrictions...as was a friend with disc removal and fusions done like you...

Take it slow. Sometimes pain is a good thing to help keep us in line...without it, you're going to have to undo that Marine mentality and be your own monitor and restricter plate control!  :)

Charlie knows what he's talking about when he says to take it slow and eazy! Long way to go and plenty of time to get there...standing erect!

Be well and keep the Son in your eyes!
