I had an accident about 4 years ago that messed my back up real bad. now, being young, i didnt want to take the time to heal and probably did more damage healin then i did orig. prayers for comfort and healing. be mindful and dont stress it

I am praying for guidance of your doctors and relief for you.

Like others, I have advice not to rest until you resolve this. I pray for wisdom, that you ask the right questions and discern the correct answers that help you recover.

If you get any muscle spasm ask the doc about applying an ice pack, or frozen gel pack. I have used it to massage the area. Yes, it is hard to do by yourself, (hint: pack in ziplock bag, inside a pillow case). Take care and hope you are feeling better soon.
