Some kick those habits in a day, others it takes longer and several renewed tries.

Whichever, you will succeed to the level of your determination and desire for accomplishing your goal.

Hard habit to kick.  I hope the best for you.  Took several years before the cravings went away when I quit; especially if when in the field hunting/fishing.  It can be done…………………………
