« on: August 06, 2012, 03:59:00 PM »
My German Shepard was gettin the best of the neighbors dog I tried to break it up was doin pretty good til he put a k9 dead center of the inside of my forearm. Doc says its just bruised but my whole hand can't move... It's my right hand, crap I was just really gettin dialed in! I live for openers although statistically I'm 0% lol I ain't missed one in 20 years. Just had to vent I hope he's right and it's not torn have a follow up next week w orthopedic dr

I got smacked on the forearm with a winch handle. I couldn't move my fingers for a couple days. Doc said it was just a hemotoma. I was as good as new in about three weeks. I wouldn't worry.

It's amazing how powerfull some dogs are. Breaking up a dog fight by yourself is dicey. Hope you heal quickly.

I hope you heal quickly...........just the same you were fortunate to have been bitten by you own dog who no doubt was just trying to get you out of the way so they could get back to business.

Even if you have to leave the bow at home, don't miss the opener. Great scouting opportunity if nothing else. Hunt with your camera.

Hope you heal quickly though so you can take bow and camera for the trophy shot when you score  :)

Prayers for healing and wisdom when getting in the middle of a dog fight.  ;)

Dang.... you'll heal.  Timing is His purview.  Prayers it will be sooner than later!
